Tickets are included in your purchase confirmation email from our ticketing service Etix. Check your junk/spam folder if you do not see your Etix email. If you need your email resent click HERE to fill out your purchase information. Read your purchase confirmation email carefully for event details.
Have all tickets printed or downloaded to your mobile device prior to your arrival at all check-in points including parking if you have a parking pass and front gates for General Admission and VIP tickets.
If you have purchased tickets to Luck Reunion, tickets won’t be available for download or printing until 10 days prior to Reunion. This is to cut down on lost tickets and scalping. You will automatically receive a reminder email from Etix with your tickets when they are ready for download.
HOW DO I Get Tickets to LUCK REUNION? WHAT ABOUT POTLUCK?
There are a few ways to get tickets to the Luck Reunion 2025. As you may know by now, the trick is staying in touch by subscribing to our EMAIL LIST and following us on SOCIAL MEDIA.
Tickets to Luck Reunion are sold primarily through our “LUCKY DRAW” ticket program. There will also be FLASH SALES and PARTNER GIVEAWAYS. Again, make sure to follow our social platforms closely - and read your damn emails.
Potluck is significantly smaller and sells out even faster- once again, subscribe to our mailing list to be notified of Potluck sale time and be ready. We have just one public Potluck sale and single seat tickets normally sell out in less than one minute.
do you have hotels near by?
Our partner hotel, Sonesta Bee Cave is a great option.
I can’t come! Can I get a refund? Can I give my tickets to someone else?
As stated in all ticketing terms prior to purchase, we are unable to accommodate refunds. If you are giving your tickets to others, make sure to give them the full ticket with a scannable barcode.
Where do I park?
For Luck Reunion, on-site premium ranch parking, off-site parking close by (see below) with shuttle service to the ranch, and Austin shuttles can all be purchased on the ticketing page. Note that on-site ranch parking and Austin shuttles are limited and often sell out.
Do not drive to the ranch without a pre-purchased parking pass as we will be unable to accommodate you and will have to send you to the off-site parking location. If you have a ranch parking pass, have it downloaded prior to your arrival to show the parking attendant. You only need one parking pass per car.
Where can I get dropped off and picked up? Will there be rideshares available?
If you are using a rideshare service or having a friend drop you off, there will be a drop off location near the front gate of the ranch to keep traffic in and out of the ranch to a minimum. The parking attendant will direct your car to turn around at our turn around location near the front gates of the ranch so they are able to leave, and note that you will have to walk to the front gates of Luck from there. We are not able to guarantee the availability of Uber or Lyft at the end of the night and no one may stay at the ranch so please plan your transport accordingly.
Where do I go when I get there?
Have your tickets and parking pass (if applicable) downloaded prior to your arrival. After parking or arriving at front gates, have your ticket for entrance ready and your photo ID out if you are 21+ and will be drinking alcohol.
When facing the front gates, the General Admission lines are located to the right side (east) and VIP to the left side (west).
If you have received guest tickets or approval to pick up credentials from will-call, the will-call table will be located to the left (west) of the front gates. After picking up your tickets/credentials with your photo ID, you will be directed through the main security lines for entrance.
WHAT ARE YOUR ADA POLICIES?
We have a limited number of facilities available as required by ADA for our venue capacity. Accommodations are based on a first come, first served basis.
If you have purchased on-site ranch parking and require ADA parking, let the parking attendants know when you arrive so they may direct you to that area. Any patrons who require ADA accommodations may enter the gates through the VIP line so that we may get you in faster if needed.
There are wheelchair-accessible bars and ADA designated bathrooms located in both the GA and VIP areas. There will be ADA viewing areas with chairs in place located in both GA and VIP. We ask that all guests who require these areas are considerate of other ADA guests so that we may accommodate everyone comfortably.
How old do you have to be to attend shows at Luck Ranch?
All shows are all ages unless other specified on the ticket page for that show. Minors are welcome with guardians. Every person entering the venue over the age of 5 years old must purchase a ticket.
Do I need an ID to enter the venue?
If you plan on drinking alcohol while inside the venue, you must present a valid photo ID and be over 21 years of age. We take checking IDs very seriously. Note that while alcoholic beverages are included in the purchase price of Luck Reunion tickets, alcohol is available for purchase at our other shows.
Am I allowed to re-enter if I leave?
No re-entry. In order to allow us to get everyone into the ranch and into the gates quickly and safely we cannot accommodate the additional traffic this places upon security lines, parking lines, and roads in and out of the ranch as well as the added security risk.
Do you perform bag searches and/or use electronic search devices to ensure no concealed weapons are brought into the venue?
All bags are subject to be searched and standard wand metal detectors are used at entry. Patrons are subject to electronic wand scanning to ensure safety. Bags over 12″ x 12″ x 6″ will not be allowed in the venue
If I have my Concealed Handgun License (CHL) or am an Off Duty Officer can I bring my gun into the venue?
No weapons of any kind are allowed on this property.
Can we bring chairs into the venue with us?
No outside chairs are permitted for Luck Reunion.
What time does the band go on? Is there an opening act?
We want our audience to have the chance to discover new-to-them artists in addition to seeing the bigger acts. Therefore, we do not list set times for Luck Reunion prior to day of show.
What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?
We highly recommend early arrival as we perform bag searches, verify age, and use electronic wands for body scanning to ensure the safety of all patrons which can take a little bit of time. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you in line.
